We do not offer a refund or exchange for products purchased more than 30 days ago.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. However, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis and are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
Items damaged in shipping need to be identified on receipt and a claim made with the freight carrier. All damage claims are to be made by the customer or receiver. Failure to notify the freight carrier of the damage in a timely manner may result in the refusal of the claim.
The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs on returned items.
